I had been in discussion with a forum member about buying his Anti-rock, but that may not come through for awhile, so with the price at $369 I sprung for one. Some of you are thinking, "It's about time!" but I really haven't seen a need for one. Even now I'm interested to see what benefit it might give me. If it isn't substantial, I'll just sell it. Disconnects have been fine for me. However, it will be nice to not have to disconnect/reconnect. I will say that the RC disconnects that I got from @JamesAndTheSahara a long time ago, connect and disconnect really easy, not like the RE and JKS that are usually a pretty tight fit.

I’m excited because in hindsight I’ve been thinking about these fenders on and off for a couple of years. In gmfact, I noticed in pirate that @jjvw was thinking about them in 2013. So, some of these things take time to think out. Until something happened to my fender, it was just all theory, but now it’s reality, and good folks on here helped remind me of these and go back and take another look.Hot Damn....

What I’m excited about is more than the fenders. I’ve been thinking about some color changes to fenders, bumpers, sliders for awhile, and now I just have to get all the materials together!
I actually went back and read our private conversation last night.

The MCE’s are not exactly all that I dreamed of. Let’s see if we can get them there. The rears have two parts, an inner that bolts to the tub and an outer that bolts to the inner. They connect where 4 grommets with a cylinder and bolt. OK?! Supposedly this is so you can remove them quickly for wheeling So they don’t get bashed. I thought that was the point? They can get bashed and come back to normal shape?! My issue is the inner conflicts with my ww2ww slider. I can deal with the gap, or try to take measures to eliminate the gap. I have some ideas, but if you have some, please shoot. The hardware is kind of jickey too. Just self tapping screws right into the tub with a little RTV. OK?! Not sure how this will turn out. In the pics I’m just sort of holding them up there.
How? If I cut on the yellow line so the portion above will be flush with the tub, then the section in blue won’t have any support.
True, where do you get all these solutions? What all is going on in that Jeep brain of yours?
how was the fit on the factory flare against the body with that rocker guard?
don't most rocker guards terminate at the flare, some even coped around it?
that'd be my 1st thought, since the flare would be compromised at the bottom end by any coping i'd take it off the rocker, if these are gonna be permanent.
as far as bashin them into crap IIRC, jjvw has knocked his rears loose a couple times now and they seem to pop loose b4 ripping off the body.

The rears are meant to fall off. The problem is that they fall off too easily. Like on the highway. But I seemed to have solved that by adding another washer to the upper pair of posts.
There was a gap with the factory flare too.
Yes, a lot of rocker guards are not ww2ww, others are a system that is made to work with their fenders.
Do you mean by “take it off the rocker,” just cut the flare off at the top of the rocker?
