Cutting that first wire is always the scariest part.
I definitely thought about it a while, but having connectors in the engine bay going to nothing makes no sense.
These came in today. Mostly happy with how they look.
Yes I agree with that part about having a lot of unused connectors just hanging around. It was a little more intimidating when I was doing mine & blending the Dodge & Jeep harness to build a blended harness for the Magnum saw.
Those Marshall gauges look great. Will look forward to your impression of the gauge panel. I've heard some say that some of the gauges were blocked by the steering wheel and the way they are placed. But the analog gauges look better than some of the digital dashes IMO.
I could imagine that being no fun at all. I am not integrating a ton of items as much as I am stripping them.
I could see the steering wheel blocking the gauges being a concern. I never really found a great digital solution I liked. I like the look of these gauges besides the silly 10,000 rpm tach.
I will second that thinking real gauges are way cooler looking, you can always run more auxiliary stuff through an android head unit or etc. if you need to. I think those gauges look nice.
There's only about 19 wires you have to blend together but it's intimidating at the start. Once I got on a roll I did a lot better.

I don't mind the LED dash that Intelitronics sells and the Dakota Digital dash is analog but computerized but super expensive at $1500.

I thought you could get gauges made to order through Marshalls?
I’m not real sure on the made to order, it would be interesting to know. This set was rather inexpensive.
I was set on the intellitronix but something I read made me change my mind.
I really like the Dakota, but I’m less than half of that in this.

I picked one up for about 1/2 the price off Ebay but couldn't bring myself to install it when I did the Hemi swap. I'll just hand onto it for now. There's things I don't
If it wasn't so expensive I would have gotten one too.

That's what I was wondering how does your harness interact with all the gauges?
