Anyone like Blues music?

Yeah, I was looking it up and noticed Steve Vai was in it! That's pretty random (but cool)!
Steve Vai is such a great guitar player. Got to see him last summer here in San Diego, and it was excellent! But, then again, anyone that played with Zappa was/is a pro.
Steve Vai is arguably one of the best (if not the best) guitar player in the world, that's for sure. Him, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton and B.B. King have all got to be in the top 10.
I went to a "Generation Axe" show this spring - Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Zakk Wylde, Nuno Bettencourt, and Tosin Abasi...
It was some serious Jam. So worth the ticket price!

That's totally cool! I used to play guitar and bass growing up. I had an Ibanez Jem (Steve Vai's signature guitar), and that was one badass guitar!
We were supposed to see this in Cincinnati, but the date didn't work out. We were so bummed. My son plays guitar in several different bands. Started in a metal band, moved to rock, now plays funk, and a little pop. This past weekend, my favorite song they did was Cheap Sunglasses by ZZ Top. He was playing bass this past weekend.
I've been listening to everything you guys suggested and I like it, all right up my alley.
I really like a lot of the older stuff, it's just fantastic to listen to. The new Blues Rock is good too though!
