Barbara Sylvanas do it all build

Like I have said before and will say again... I want to do this right, not twice.

The quick way of saying it is "buy once, cry once." Someone might have already mentioned that particular phrasing; I was kind of skimming through the last few posts because I was totes out of popcorn...and popcorn is required for reading build threads.

Hey, @Classic>New, I'll get you some more info on the drum brake Dana 44 that I still have for sale a little later on in the evening. And btw, I appreciate the kind words that you and @JMT had regarding me. Made my day!(y)

I look forward to chatting with you and hope we can come to an agreement. You are most welcome, I like to try and give credit where credit is due. You most definitely deserve that credit.

Alright so today I made small but, in my opinion, vital upgrade to Barbara. We all know that the halogen headlights are weak and don't give us enough light. So I bought —->these<—-. They are a plug in and go.
First: Make sure when you work with anything electrical remove the negative cable from the batte

Second: Remove the three screws (they require a T-15 bit to remove) holding in the chrome trim then pull from the housing.

Third: Remove the four screws holding the bracket and light in. (they are the same as the ones holding in the trim)

95247

Fourth: Unplug your old light and remove. You will see with the lights I bought that they are the same connectors and just plug right in with no conversion wires.

From there just do the steps in reverse order to install the new light. It should fit right in with no adjusting. When you wrap up both sides reattach your negative battery cable and you should have new working headlights.

This Dana 44 will really help move things in the right direction.
I’ve done a lot of mods and wheeled extensively with 33’s on a Dana 35. But the absolute best mod was the Dana 44 under my rig with the new gears and locker. There’s just no question. WARNING: Do not look at pictures below if you are offended by Pure Jeep Porn.

Here we go... @JMT showing off his rear end again. Shameless! ;)
Oh, I may show it to you in person. I think your finders fee is going to be me showing up at your back door and spending a day with you getting some mods on your rig! Get ready! You owe me man!

Ohhhhh she sure is pretty. How much of this did you do yourself and how much did you have professionally done?
I did the axle swap in pics 1 and 2, including swapping a slightly shorter driveshaft donated by @bobthetj03. The gears and locker were installed by Just Jeeps in Austin, TX. Gears are the one thing I did not do on my rig and would not do unless I was guided by someone like @Rob5589

Excuse me sir but Barbara would like a little respect. She only goes by Bab's once you have seen her topless. As far as your questions are concerned she is still an all natural Jeep 4.0L I-6 Sport, Dana 30/Dana 35 3.73 gear ratio, and pure 4x4 American made glory. She has yet to be broken in off-road. I will admit I am a little confused by the references. Barbara and I have only been together about 3 weeks now and I'm still not fluent in Jeep.

We can tell the relationship is new by your reference to her being a V6. She's an I-6. Just be glad it was us that caught you in this little mistake, and not her!;)
