Cycling front axle this weekend during mid arm install and it occurred to me that I have never heard a good rule of thumb for how much compression the Currie bump stops have after initial contact.
What do people use as a recommended amount of shock shaft showing at the point the bump stops first contact each other? does it vary from front to rear stops?
Tweaking in my Ranchos for now but this will be much more critical when I do my outboard later (don't wanna screw up those pricey foxes).
