Ok, papers were dropped off at the courts and we are waiting for them to get processed and returned to the lawyer, then Danny will get served. We are hoping he will get served today or tomorrow. Then he has 5 days ( technically 15 now do to covid) to respond. If he doesn't then after the 15 days we will automatically win and I think the lawyer can then schedule the Sheriff to come kick him out. So maybe if we are lucky, toward the end of December we will get the house back.

Here is the latest video. He is marking his territory. LOL The video skips, and you miss when he is spreading it around the front tire on the porch. Yah, I need to start investing in bleach to sanitize the whole house, inside and out. LOL



He also almost got his ass kicked today. He was riding his bike and a 4x4 come around the corner and I am guessing Danny flipped him off. The guy stopped and got out and was motioning for Danny to come back and duke it out but Danny kept riding. The guy made a u turn and tried to go after him but he must have lost him because as I was backing my Jeep out to go watch the action, the 4x4 went behind me and on to the Ferrari place. Dang it. LOL

He has been flipping off cars as they go in front of his house and also even flips the planes and helicopters off too. He flipped my camera off yesterday so today I gave him something to flip off. LOL

Kim, I have a lot of experience getting rid of undesirable tenants. At this juncture I would stop baiting him with mannequins and such and just let your lawyer get rid of him. I know its difficult, but ignore him. You don't want to give your tenant ammunition to spew to the judge that you are harassing him - sometimes judges do the opposite of what you expect and decide to protect a tenant they perceive as having been victimized by a landlord - even when the facts demonstrate that it is the landlord who has been victimized.

LOL yah, I was waiting for that but he just wiped them off on his pants instead. The yucky thing is, he then put his bike in the house. So Yah, going to have to replace the flooring too. YUCK. LOL

I actually moved him under my tree and he faces my sons place. Danny will really have to look to see him. He is my scare crow to scare off birds so they don't eat my freshly spread grass seed.

Feel for you guys on this one, looks like it is being handled properly. Ive owned rentals for 25yrs and have dealt with very similar situations. Lots of good advice was already given, so i wont add. Be happy that it was only one person. I own multiple units and had an experience where i had 3 challenged individuals that triggered one another without knowing. Mental illness is a huge problem that needs major addressing, but doesnt hold a candle to meth head tweakers. Way too many stories to tell

Yah we are currently waiting for the paperwork to be processed at the courts. My lawyer called and said that she called them yesterday and they are just now working on the first week of Novembers new cases. I think ours is in the second week. So hopefully next week they will be on ours. Then we just need to get him served and wait to see if he replies.

Ok, just have to vent a bit.

On Thanksgiving day, Danny took off walking. Well, several hours later his Mom brought him home. Doesn't seem like much but she was suposedly so scared of him. I guess not anymore. She was by herself with him and even stood on his porch and smoked cigs with him. Went in the house once, but not for long.

Then they other day we saw her pull up and actually get out of the car and go knock on his door. Again, she used to just beep the horn because she was so scared of him. He didn't answer so she smoked a cig and left. Later she came back and he was home. He went out to her car and got a big box out of the back. It appeared to be a new Microwave.

This is where I start venting. What the hell is she getting him a new microwave for when she knows we are in the process of evicting him! Again, this just shows how rotten of a person she is. Going back to all the stuff my hubby did for her, her husband and her son , over the years, and this is how she treats him.

On that note, I am now thinking that we are actually going to end up having to actually go to court to fight this. I have a feeling she will send the paperwork in for him. At first when she was "scared" of him she told my husband she wasn't going to get involved, but I highly doubt that now.

Now for an update.

The lawyer emailed me last Wed. and said that she has not heard on our case from the courts yet. She said she was kind anoyed because she got a different case back that she turned in on the same day she turned ours in. Theirs came back but ours didn't.

We are hoping our paperwork will be back this Monday 12-7.

It is getting so hard to see what he is doing and just deal with him at all now. Yesterday we watched him take the front porch light fixture off the wall. He put it all in a zip lock bag and took it in the house. We were really hoping he woudl get shocked but no luck. LOL So far, the bare wires are not causing a fire either. Then he shut the water off to the house again. This shuts it off to our garage at the back of the property. My husband had to go over there once before and he told him to leave the water on. This time hubby didn't see him and he just went over and turned it back on and took the knob off. We did see Danny go for the shut off again today, but he looked like he was puzzled because of no knob. LOL

Well, I'll update once we find out what goes on with paperwork.

I heard that because of stupid Gov, Grusome, the courts are shut down again.

Just emailed the lawyers helper and she said that she called on my case today and they told her probably next week. She say's the courts are closed to the public, but she can still file the cases. So at least that part is still working. I thought I was going to be screwed once again. LOL

Needless to say, wait and wait some more. LOL Now we are looking at mid to end of Jan. for a kick out date. Well, that is if nothing else goes wrong between now and then. I seem to be having some pretty bad luck on this eviction. I mean it is pretty sad when you start looking at witchcraft and voo doo dolls. Thinking of how one could infect someone with somehting, you know, like a bad flu. LOL

Guess I will just wait some more. LOL

But, when they gave him the 3 day eviction notice, he showed it to his Mom and Step Dad. So if he shows it to his Mom and she is a A$$ about it, she could reply for him and we will end up going to court ( or the lawer will, not sure how that all works yet).
