I've tried several searches but came up empty. Who has adapters to put JL wheels on a TJ? The number of takeoff JL sets available on Facebook is too good to pass up.

Spidertrax is another option. Their spacers are hub centric, which makes mounting the spacers and the wheels easier. Also made in the US.

JK and JL wheels tend to have a lot more backspacing than TJ wheels, especially the 16” Moab wheels found on the TJ Rubicon. TJ Rubicon wheels also sell for quite a bit more than JK/JL take-offs.

I personally run 16” TJ Rubicon Moab wheels with 35” tires and 1.25” hub-style spacers.

Ok thanks. Somewhere I got it in my head that JK and JL wheels differed from each other...maybe the amount of backspacing?

I love my Moabs and have no plans to get rid of them, but I'm not happy with the BFG MTs. Comparing what it would cost to replace them, versus buying a set of JL takeoffs, the takeoff option is hard to ignore.

They are different!!! The studs on a TJ and JK, (which is all the spacers I have found) are all 1/2 inch studs (diameter). JL wheels take a 14 mm stud. Bolt pattern is the same JK and JL. But you mount the JL wheel on the JK studs and spacing but thelug nuts “cone“ will be too small for the JL wheel. It “needs” a 14 mm stud and 14x1.5 lug nut!! Search the web. All kinds of problems with wheels coming off and ruining the wheels (and Jeep’s if they crash).
