Great looking TJ ...You can always mask the wheel and use Satin black paint on the yellow, quick ,cheap and fairly easy....great weekend project.Old set of 33'' BFG AT's on some unknown 15x? Pacer aluminum wheels. Not too crazy about the yellow on the rims, it was the PO's idea to color match. I would prefer just the aluminum.

black instead of all aluminum? Can the yellow get sanded out without scuffing the aluminum all to hell?Great looking TJ ...You can always mask the wheel and use Satin black paint on the yellow, quick ,cheap and fairly easy....great weekend project.
Depends on how the yellow was applied, a car painter might be able to give you a better idea by just looking at it..Id give the yellow a light sand so the black has a key to stick to ,mask the wheel and just repaint the yellow to black...leave the rest of the wheel. (that's just my taste though)black instead of all aluminum? Can the yellow get sanded out without scuffing the aluminum all to hell?

Just wondering if you have a full pic of the Jeep with these wheels. I really like the old school look and was thinking of getting them.
Personally I like the yellow and would keep it. Adds to the uniqueness and custom look. It's also a low key touch and might look cool when spinning. JMOblack instead of all aluminum? Can the yellow get sanded out without scuffing the aluminum all to hell?
I LOVE those rims in gray! So much better than the black. So I'd like to find a matching rim for my spare, but I bought my rims used from a guy that bought them used... My Google Fu isn't working too well in finding what they are either. The centers are American Racing, but I can't find anything close to mine.
I'm hoping that someone here might be one with the Google force, and will be able to help me out.
