Looking for a capable DD with support

Finally some daylight....
I drove to mom's to show her. I told her I wrecked the cherokee and wanted to show her the damage. She was shocked until she opened the garage door and saw a 4runner in her driveway. "IS that green!!!??" She loves green. We spent almost an hour sitting in it fiddling with all the options. There are so many things I didn't know it had. We also found two $20 bills between the seat and console, lighter, ear buds, this knife/adjustable wrench tool, and a hitch light thingy. She found the $20's so she got to keep those. lol
Need some help on the tires. No one better to ask than you guys.
One of the tires appears to have a broken belt or is out of round cuz I am a bobble head a slow speeds. They are goodyear rs/a or something cheap looking. Gotta go!
So I'm trying to decide what tires to put on it. I LOVE Goodyear Wrangler Authority tires and they have 265/75/16's at walmart and that comes out to about $560. I still have to pay for mount and balancing and then I plan on getting a 3 year alignment deal at NTB. So roughly $800-ish for that deal. I just saw that NTB has Cooper RT/X tires for 50% off a set of four + mount/balancing+1 year alignment all for $500. I don't know anything about the RT/X tires but they seem pretty aggressive.
I can't do Duratracts, KO2's, AT3's, etc. Way out of my budget.
Suggestions?

Very clean! I've always liked that generation of 4Runner the best. If I had one I would swap in a solid front axle, but other than that they are great. I like that they are body-on-frame, which I much prefer to the XJs unibody design. Most people never have issues with their unibody, but if you get really crazy you will. Not to mention that body-on-frame is just better constructed in my book.
I can't offer much advice on tires as I LOVE my Duratracs and will continue to stick with them. I know Kumho makes some affordable tires that also perform well!

I was actually eyeballing the Road Venture AT51's. They look pretty aggressive but their sidewall tread design is kinda goofy.

So Kumho it is. I never ordered from Tirebuyer.com before and decided to give it a try. They ship to a nearest tire shop for free and have very low prices. Kumho AT51's were listed for $117 each in size 265/75/16. That was a pretty good deal and then I discovered a coupon code 40WINTER16 and that knocked off $40. So for $461 I am getting the AT51's delivered to my favorite tire shop. I have to pay $70 for mounting and balancing but that still turns out to be a great deal. I may have to remove the tires/wheels and bring them in "off" the vehicle since I know most shops won't install over sized tires on a vehicle.
After that I will head to National Tire and Battery and get a 3 year $149 unlimited alignment plan.
Up until now I have always ran aggressive M/T's but I figured the AT51's will do just fine since the 4runner has 4x4+locking rear.

I dropped the wheels off at the shop so they can install the AT51's and I decided to go through the maintenance documents that the seller sent me recently. The most recent was at 144k and it was a coolant drain and fill at Toyota. That's just the first page I picked up and the stack is about an inch thick. This is going to be good....

Oh I will. It'll appear much taller without the running boards and taller tire. I went from 265/70 to 265/75. It's a good thing I did get new shoes cuz the goodyears were dry rotting between the lugs.
Oh yeah, I'm always skeptical of tires on used vehicles. Sometimes they've been on there for 7 years, and even if the tread is good, 7 years is way too long for the life of a tire.
How are you liking it so far though?

I can't say since I haven't driven it since two days after purchase. It's been parked in the carport since. I don't want to expose it to the salt until I undercoat it with fluid film and I want to spend as much time with the XJ before it goes to it's new owner next Friday. 
Think four cans is enough? That's all I got left after spraying both jeeps.
