I called Walker Evans and they said i can take their imitation bead lock BOLTS out and paint the ring any color i wanted to. So i could get rid of most all the black that way. I just like the design .

I want a set of wheels to mount MT tires on. That way when I plan on getting into the really nitty gritty stuff, I have a set of spare wheels and tires just for that. No way I am daily driving this thing with MT tires, not a chance in hell!

I like the black gray. I tried for six weeks to get happy with the idea of all black rims. Looked at lots of them. Even downloaded an app for wheels that you can put on your Jeep. Never could get happy with them against my red Jeep. To me it's just too drab and too common. With your blue TJ I think the black/gray would look awesome. Black/silver would look good too. My .02c. I look forward to the pics. Nothign changes the look more than the wheels!
