HF makes a great welding cart btw.

That’s one I plan to grab, but I have up to 6 wks to do it so I’m getting my garage organized

I really love my Miller 211. It’s so much easier to weld with than the Lincoln’s I’ve used

New Miller 211 doesn't fit the HF cart width now. I'm still deciding if I add a riser or cut the cart down the middle and add in the extra 1"-1.5" needed for the Miller...

I suspect the riser will win out until i build out my own cart.

I got lucky, the local shop had a few in order and those ahead of me in line got substitutes!

I’m surprised how much 110v can do, this was just to break in the machine and play with settings… other than burning my wood top work bench being a noob and ugly beads I’m so excited for all the projects I just unlocked. The stack on the bench will be shrinking finally!

Finally I can get the mini skids on. I boogered up the axle tube (and ground it a bit) but the sides are alright. I figured this is a low consequence thing to weld up.

The LJ has a fairly large opening between the gas tank and rear crossmember (about 5”) where I can access it.

I have to still drill 4 more bolts close to the receiver and I’ll likely build some lateral supports that use those bolts that connect to a sleeve the receiver will sit inside if I do more than my bikes.

Good luck on the rack. I tucked my receiver in too, and it's so short, the rack doesn't fit past the spare. I need to run an extension.

It used to not fold up with the old dirtworx, now it does both functions!

Another case of my trackbar getting loose on the frame side - I noticed with my front end feeling floaty, I finally replaced the bolt, nut, and added a jam nut. Hopefully this goes away for a while.

I lent out my OEM front drive shaft on the trail, so I finally took it as an excuse to upgrade the front shaft and get it the right length.
