I think I mentioned this before (about tires, lets keep our minds out of the ditch). Some local guy, that I haven't met (yet), recuts almost any tire, new or used. This is done in his garage with a hand held tire grooving tool. Not that too many of us need this but from what I've been told he ships nationwide. Things like this, and other car/truck stuff, are the main reason I ever go to FB so figured some screen shots may impress those smart enough to stay away from that shithole.

My time with sand rails and cut paddle tires was decades ago. Things have certainly progressed.

Ironically, I was cleaning out an old tool box over the weekend and came across my old siping tool. Tried it out on an old spare - still works like new.
