Well I got down to the last 4 nuts to remove and the heater core assembly was out. I was feeling pretty good about the entire process pretty straight forward....but, the nuts (studs) are turning inside and not coming off....I am looking for solutions, I’m thinking dremel tool, saw zall, or torch...any other ideas....?

Which nuts? You may want to post some photos just so everyone has a visual.

Hold the end of the stud with some pliers and use a box end wrench to take the nut off.

They will just unscrew from the box on the inside if they are rusted. The inside has a coarse thread into the plastic. Leave them in the firewall if you have to
