Suspect's LJ Build

After two years of searching i finally found a set of Rubicon flares for a reasonable price ($150) that weren't beat to shit or on the other side of the country. I bought them sight unseen via Facebook marketplace and i was shocked i wasn't scammed, Shows there's still some decent people left out there.

I had bought some white sahara fenders a little bit ago that i had posted about but these popped up before i started painting so i sold them and picked these up.

Still sitting on the savvy parts unfortunately, gonna wait until i finish moving to finally get started on them.

I've been extremely busy lately closing on my first home and the move that comes along with it so i decided to finally have to savvy skid installed by a local shop that had previously done some good work for me and i just wanted to share this amazing job they did.....

instead of removing the OEM side step bolts from the frame, they decided to bend and beat the shit out of the C brackets that go around the frame. i can only assume the bolt was spinning and they just didn't want to deal with it.

so i went home and found that some of the bolts were in fact spinning but got them removed in about thirty seconds with a screw driver.

In Spanish there's a saying that goes "el vago trabaja doble" which basically means the lazy man works twice as hard. if they had chosen to do things the right way they would have been done much quicker and not lost a customer. thankfully Gerald at Savvy is sending me a new set of Cs.

To top it off i had a small front pinion leak and i ask they fix it. i supplied an oem seal and pinion nut and while they did fix the leak. I come to find out they reused the 21 year old pinion nut on my front axle for some unknown reason.
