They all kind of suck in various ways. At least the few I tried.

Maybe I'll just see if I can bolt on the single mirror I have left on my full door
i got some things goin on i can't walk away from. TBH being ready in time was gonna be down to the wire anyway, so now there's no need to try.
kinda bummed but if the reason for my not making it succeeds, i'm beyond comfortable with the trade. so again i'm gonna be dependent on all of you to post lots of pics and video for those of us that couldn't make it.

It took five or six revisions to get mine to work as well as they do.

My side mirrors aren't anything you can buy in one kit. It's all buried in my thread.
In my thread. There was no welding at the time. Though, I probably would now that I can.
Yeah, eventually I'll get to that project. I just accepted mine as they are for now until then.
The next revision would be to make them removable or breakaway for trail use. But I haven't thought that one through yet.
ball and socket?
issue i had with the couple pair i have tried is they wobble at standstill is because of vibration transfer.
both pair had rubber isolators 1 a pad and the other small bushings ............the stock mirrors don't seem to have the same issue so i'm wondering if a hard mount and a rigid arm are the key.
I've tried a few types and the ones that slide into the door hinges are the best in my opinion. I believe the ones I have are from Quadratec and they have served me well for a few years now.
