JW Speaker 8700J-C LED Headlights!

It looks like JW Speaker has a new model LED headlight out for our TJs, called the JW Speaker 8700J-C Evolution J.

I'm not sure how new things things are (new to me at least), but they they just popped up on my radar today. I absolutely love the look of these things in chrome!

I'm not sure, I want them based off the looks. I think the chrome ones have a really slick look to them. I wonder how much brighter they are then the Evo 2 models, because those Evo 2 models are already exceptionally good headlights.

They do have a cool look to them . Not my style particularly, but cool none the less. At that price I'd want to put a lock on them to keep them from getting stolen, lol!

$571 for a pair of frigging headlights? Not to mention they are ugly (ok just not my style), installing them would be like putting a chrome frame around the Mona Lisa. No thanks.

I actually like the look of these ones personally. Then again, I'd have to see it in on an actual Jeep to know for sure.

Those have been out for a while and are JK headlights. They'll plug and play in TJ's with a H4 9003 to H13 9008 adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DRGW14M/?tag=wranglerorg-20). THe half moon halo feature will not function with our US spec wiring however.

I have them and love them. Looks are personal preference. I really like their performance and don't mind spending extra for a really well functioning light. Lots of critters around here at night and I appreciate a well placed, functional, bright light, with a sharp cutoff that doesn't blind oncoming traffic. I don't understand LED light bars on the top of the windshield or the windshield hinges, but I do appreciate a good, useable light source, placed in a location that doesn't reflect back at the driver. These lights, combined with a good quality 10" LED bar on top of my fairlead is a very effective combo. The light bar comes on with high beams and creates daylight in front of me.

I also don't understand LED light bars either. My Truck Lite LED headlights put out enough light that I don't think I'd ever need any more.

See, I like those! First time I've seen them on a Jeep, but with them being chrome, they almost look like stock headlights until you get really close.
