Anyone using the B&M sport shifter?

It varies. I got mine for a bit over $400, from Amazon.
This is for the nsg370, yes, more expensive that one.

I lucked out and found some auto part supplier in Texas that had them for $411.00 last year.
One of the best upgrade for this pos '05 transmission.

It's on my list of mods to do, haven't got it yet. But I've had a B&M on my '04 Corvette, it's a popular mod for sports cars. It was a vast improvement over stock and held up well. They are quality shifters.

Although the $500+ price is kinda crazy. I think I paid $300 ish for my Vette, and parts for those are usually inflated.

I was talking to High Gear in Memphis about their video on it as nsg370.com and this trans is different, all the detentes with springs etc that hold gears in place etc are in the shifter, NOT in the Transmission like most of them, so that's why they are so much more expensive. Someone may have already pointed that out, but light went off for me when they said that.

And with a rebuilt nsg370 transmission, the shift tower is not (usually) included.

Had my 03 pop out of reverse today. I'm new to Jeep ownership. Bought mine last month. It is common to pop out of reverse?

Yeah, especially if you have a MML and/or TC drop. That will move the shifter a bit and if the console isn't also moved it can interfere with the shifter.

Or it just popped out. Mine has done it in first and reverse, but I think it's when I didn't get it fully in gear. And it did it a lot more frequently after I dropped the TC.

For those who have installed it, any trick to removing the bolts that hold down the TC shifter plate and the bigger floor shifter plate? The bolts just want to spin around. I’m guessing I’ll need a second person to be under the Jeep while I turn the bolts from up top. But open to suggestions

I didn't have to remove the shift cage. Is you lower shift boot worn out like the rest of us? I simply unbolted the shift boot at the front, rear and passenger side and just pushed it towards the driver to expose the shifter.

I have a 2003. What year is yours? I’m just following the instructions provided with the shifter

Which bolts are you referring to?
