Wish you could have been here man! Good times.
Well if these heaters work and I can work on my TJ over the winter hopefully I'll be driving before April.

I thought you were coming down this way for a wheeling trip?

I need 35’s and an outboard

Lift before tires, I have a 04 Tj went with a 3.25 inch RC with shocks and springs (body lift is never a good idead gives no clearence and can run into problems easy). I am now running 35s with 15x10s and they are great I have aftermarket flares before hand but i dont see any problem with stock flares on either size the lift will help prevent any trimming you'll have to do I use Extreme Terrain the most its very user friendly i suggest checking there.

What is wrong with a body lift? Many of us run them here with no issues and they do add clearance for tires/transfer case/transmission & other parts that might not fit as well. Of course we're talking a 1-1.25" body lift not the 3" type.

A 1.25” BL is the highest return mod you can do for the price.

I already have a combination of 3+1.25 lift in the front and 2.75+1.25 lift in the rear.

I'd need more than that to properly run 35's or HiLining would give 3" more clearance, which is plenty.

Plus I'd need some chromoly rear shafts for my Dana 44. Other than that, I'm already set up for 35's everywhere else.

I know the 4” lift + 1.25” body lift to run 35s is what everyone and their grandma does but after going that route there’s a reason and it’s that it just works.
Fully aware. In one of my posts I explain in a nuanced way why I am inclined to go the HiLine route. That was on purpose. My goals have nothing to do with LCOG thinking. I still may go the 4+1.25 route.

I only have 3.5” lift and 1.25” BL, mine does quite well on 35’s.
Then I'm only 0.5" away. I could try that. What springs are you running? Any spacers? I've got 3 different size spacers already (0.398", 0.75", and 1.5"). I'm using the 1.5" up front now, so I probably need new springs to get me closer to 3.5"

Metalcloak, no spacers
