Hi Jeepers

My son and I recently started a YouTube channel for our TJ named ‘Brutus’.
Some marginally humorous and marginally helpful tips - so far on removing the doors and removing the plastic caps (milk jugs)off the front bumper.

Yep, export spec for ped safety, as noted in the video, required by law in some locations. Apparently the intent is to keep the arms and legs of the people you run over from getting caught up in the gap. I'm thinking maybe don't hit people and skip the ugly covers (and government oversight), but that's just me... :sneaky:

I'd rather see your Jeep as your avatar on a Jeep forum. Old Jags are cool though. A good friend of mine died in a 70's Jag V12 convertible while racing some back roads.(y) They don't handle tight high-speed curves that well.

Thanks, I've learned a thing. I've seen TJ's in many countries but never with those cowcatchers.

Sorry about your friend. Gen III jags were known for being squirrelly in the twisties.

Looks like those would improve the aerodynamics a bit as well. You could probable squeeze 1/4 MPG gain out of a TJ with those.

Them is some big jugs o_O You should send a few dozen sets to us over here. If folks spend $250 on an angry bird grill, surely they'll would sell like hot cakes in ducksville USA.
