What about keeping the stock housing and getting different bulbs? Any modern headlight on a tj is gonna look like a ricer no? The stock headlights look great I’d just get different bulbs.

You can't, the stock housings are sealed.

I am going to get these instead:

Cheap, allows me to run a real H4, E-code headlights, and won't look too ricer.

I ordered a set, so we'll see how I like them (y)

The KC Gravity or the Gravity Pro?

These aren't bad, but very expensive:

Also, I'm not sure I want it to say KC in the middle of my headlight, haha ;)
Those are the ones I have. Yes the “kc” in the middle was a huge turn-off for me. But remember that orange LJ Blaine did a few years back. That build is what sold me on them. You can see them in my build thread too. It’s only noticeable if your looking for it.

I didn't realize that one had these headlights. Guess I need to go look! I loved that build so much.

Here's a nice surprise I just found. Someone put sound deadening material on the entire inside of the tub. They did a really nice job too!

Then there is this. Not a factory sound bar, looks like some sort of aftermarket sound bar with Memphis Audio speakers front and rear:

I did not know they made aftermarket sound bars for TJs. You will like those cibies much more if you build (or buy) a harness with relays to get full power to the headlights.

That’s right I had to buy all new Sylvania headlights for mine when I got it. I thought they were fine. Prefer the stock look

Yep, these Cibies look stock but have much better light output.

Do you know of such a harness that comes pre-made?

As for the sound bar, I've never seen anything like this before either.

Is this in your Jeep? What sound bar is that, aftermarket? What size are the speakers? Will 6.5" fit in there?

@skrelnik, I assume Memphis Audio stuff is crap?

Not crap, entry level. Great for stock replacement but that's about it.

Yeah, they make lots of unique audio stuff for the Jeep. We Jeepers buy and mod, and buy and mod. Doesn't matter, lift, audio, it's an addiction fueled by this forum and it's member's!!!!:)

I don't have a ruler on me, but I think they are 5.25". It's an aftermarket sound bar for sure, I can tell by the way it's constructed. It's in my Jeep as we speak, though I have a set of the factory sound pods as well (spares).

Talk about odd.

Sounds like a contender for the for sale section.

Is it this Vertically Driven soundbar?
