Bump steer questions

So your recommendation would be to remove the track bar bracket and replace the drop pitman arm with a factory one?
 
Again, yes. As described above also adjust the track bar length so the axle is centered.

You'll need to adjust the toe-in too when you're done with that before you can drive it. No worries, it's an easy job as written up in the thread at https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/how-to-align-your-jeep-wrangler-tj.85/
Did you happen to see the pics of the control arms I posted above? Are they factory?...you guys have been insanely helpful to a green jeep owner
 
Sweet mother of God I just noticed that the rear has an adjustable track bar with a drop mount too...should I remove the mount or just leave the rear alone?
 
Take a pic, most of the time the rear is done because it compensates for the pinion angle having to be steeper in the rear with a lift.
 
Actually I may have said that wrong...I guess it actually raises the track bar

That is not the rotated one. I would just center the axle and run it for now. You need to figure out what is worn and fix that first to stop the side shifting you have...
