Front driver side bouncing

It felt like bouncing to me, with that said I guess its possible for it to be death wobble as i cant see my tires while im driving. I watched that video and it looked nasty.

Yeah it’s a tough thing to track down on your own. A second set of eyes always helps

Bad lower control arm would set off death wobble.
Edit...misread that was thing lower traction bar!

Ok, i was just wondering because i just noticed the driver side arm has play in it. I bet the hole widened out because i can see where the bolt was moving back and forth.

There are 10 control arms(including the track bars) and 34 bushings, 4 sway bar links , ball joints, unit bearings, shocks- everything is there for a reason- a TJ set up is sort of like the mind -body connection- everything is interconnected and one like yours has parts in various life cycle stages-go slow, diagnose, diagnose, diagnose, then repair.
