Thanks Chris!
I bent my 2nd Curry correctlync so I did a little research and found that Savvy made an aluminum one that bolts right in. No more bent tie rod! This thing snaps back wash after wash
Thanks...I was nervous cutting the grille, but it came out GREAT
I'm now running 36 TSL's
A buddy of mine had 35's and I SWEAR my 33's were bigger than those tiny things, so I went 36....and they're 36.6 so larger than MANY 37's
I've always LOVED a TSL. It's compound and tread are really what excels here in the east. While I H8MUD, you can't avoid it
so I wanted something that wouldn't get clumped up. Plus these TSL's can be run on damn near no air and still look aired up, and they're THICK as hell, and wrap around rocks like a stripper on a pole made of money!
Initially I really didn't like the look of the metalcloaks. But I wanted a much lower CoG (I went back down to 2" springs, so 3-1/4" of lift including body now) and JCR/Genright made you cut your hood. I'm not scared of cutting, but I can't live with JUST a cut. So I would need to cut, and bend, and "do it right"
After the math, and the figured time spent doing it right....the metalcloak started to look VERY appealing. And when I saw my Alabama Buddy Chris' in person with Metalcloak errything, I decided it was a better option.
Bad part is...I had to cut my beloved white knuckle offroad sliders to accommodate both the tires AND the fenders
