We use to do the same in a couple of lakes we have here. The lakes would go way down and we would play around in the Lake bed with our Jeeps. And yes.....now it's "illegal". I guess its illegal to have good "clean" fun.

In the case of the lake in Snoqualmie it is drained every year, so it can catch the snow from the mountain pass, so it is a bummer that it is illegal because a few months later it will just be filled with water again.
