Funny you should say that. I shaved my 14 bolt with a sawzall and grinder. Worked out perfectly but I did not machine the ring gear myself. I bought the gearing from ECGS.I seen a dude use a Sawzall and grinder once lol

No problem at all. It just takes time. I would guess that most shaved kits were done this way. You cut close with the sawzall then grind to the correct amount.Really and you were able to get the shaved diff cover matched up perfect?

Well l gut a snag today....went to my buddys shop to work on jeep and all the power is out.....big storm last night l guess l take a day off

What about using a flat pitman arm and mounting on bottom? I think you can do better with Trackbar to drag link alignment.Gets busy in there.......gotta drop bracket for ram a little
