I recently picked up a pair of RCV axle shafts and had previously installed teraflex HD ball joints when i put in a brake kit.
they were originally advertised as RCV compatible, however recently they have stated that the TJ teraflex HD balljoints are not compatible with RCV shafts.
you can even see this contradiction on quadratecs page for them.

my question for anyone running RCV axles is, what ball joints do you have?
and is anyone running Teraflex balljoints with RCV shafts.

Interesting you mention this. A buddy of mine was just asking about getting RCV's because his 10 factory shafts are interfering with his new Tereflex BJ grease zerks. I believe Teraflex said he only needed one zerk so he was plugging the one that interfered. This is on a JK and not a factory axle.

I personally would find someone to buy the RCV joints, they're a cure in search of a problem. :)
i have a twisted stock stub shaft im trying to replace.
i tried to get revolution axle shafts but they took my money, never delivered and have been giving me the runaround ever since.

You don't say who you bought them through but if you bought them through RGA, call them and talk with Brook Hilton, he will take care of it. In the mean time I'd rather install a different brand of 4340 stub shaft than convert to RCV. Here's one.... https://www.tenfactory.com/axle-product/3228-4340-chromoly-axle-for-dana-30-dana-44-mg20128b/?crt_viaSearch=path:part%3Aaxle-shaft

Edit: Don't ask me why that stupid smiley face is in the middle of the URL but it still links to the stub shaft correctly lol. @Chris

yeah, i ordered directly from RGA, didnt get my 1350 stub shafts and had been calling for weeks about them.
finally got told that they had a pair they were going to send me.

when they didnt show i called again and was told they accidentally sent them out to another customer and id have to wait.
this was in mid 2021.
im done dealing with RGA. they did the same thing with my gears too, took almost a year to get a master kit...

Edit: plus my shafts looked like a friday at 4:30 special

I see people with the RCVs and Balljoint Deletes (american iron) on their facebook page. If I were you I'd ask for pics of the RCVs installed with BJD's.
