Same! Most of what KBD sells is meant to be painted, and they did come fairly good instructions for doing that, so if UV damage did occur over time they can at least be brought back to life.Curious to see how they hold up to UV
These look like the more rigid Bushwacker flatties, no? And they still got this mangled?Just don't expect (poly)urethane flares to hold up well if they rub up against anything when you're offroading. This is what happened to mine on their first offroad trip.

Yes they did, they arrived 8 days after ordering.Bringing this one BTT...for those that ordered did they arrive in a timely manner?
Got mine in about a week. Nice product, AFAIKBringing this one BTT...for those that ordered did they arrive in a timely manner?
That is a good look on a nice TJ - My experience is anything that is polyurethane is usually tough as nails.I came across this post when searching for flares, thought I'd update it now that I've purchased the KBD flares. Overall I'm very happy with the look/feel/quality/price! Since there aren't many pics of TJ's with these, I'll add a few for anyone looking in the future!

Well I saw this- Maybe they are stronger and don’t flex enough- hmmm. Depression sets in.Just don't expect (poly)urethane flares to hold up well if they rub up against anything when you're offroading. This is what happened to mine on their first offroad trip.

TPO is definitely not urethane. From his initial installation post.
"Bushwacker was careful to point out they had switched to a far more rugged/break-resistant material called TPO."
p.s. He tends to drive it tight places.

Maybe you should be more careful where you stick your Jeep Jerry...Just don't expect (poly)urethane flares to hold up well if they rub up against anything when you're offroading. This is what happened to mine on their first offroad trip.

I have been told at least once or twice I drive by braille.Maybe you should be more careful where you stick your Jeep Jerry...
Are you the guy that uses the Braille drive up ATM'sI have been told at least once or twice I drive by braille.
I never appreciated the stock flares until I installed a set of bush whacker flares. It was the ugliest thing I ever did to the Jeep. The were removed faster than they were installed! Not a fan of the flat flare look myself. I sold my Xenon flares. I now have the RC flares which are the exact width of stock Rubicon/Sahara flares, contrary to the RC 5.5" width claims.
