I still need to make new seat brackets and install a few parts and a oil change. I have just been busy every weekend and I try to make time after work but other things jump in too

Hey Fellas I got some bad news on my end... After getting the frame stiffeners welded onto @XJRAIDERS Cherokee we realized the bumper he got made will no longer fit and needs to go back for modification. This is gonna take a month or so and we wont have things ready for the July dates.
I also am on my 3rd job this year and am not in the best place financially for a road trip. I still want to go but won't be able to get out there until August September time frame. I am really sorry guys...

Honestly, our rig is all set and we just did a shakedown run here in socal but I’m struggling to find the time to get away with work and getting our middle kid off to college this summer and our oldest into her new apartment (also this summer).
I am not exactly ready but im still in, I really hope we all still make it out. I just put in for that friday off too
I hope my dirtworx bumper arrives by then, but I can always bodge some steel on to what's left of my Warn.

Going to pull the Jeep in the shop tomorrow and start packing.
My life is complete chaos at times. So if I start tomorrow, I should be good to go in a week and a half
Last time I packed that much I blew both rear shocks.

Over the weekend I make new seat brackets for the driver side to lower the seat a little and then I installed the harness bar and belts. Also got my engine skid installed and I drove it to work today since I havent driven it in months. Just have to install the spare tire carrier and im set. I am in and good to go, just have to check with my friend to see if hes good but he should be. My only concern is the engine skid coming close the the diff skid,

Went from 165 to 200 acres last night. That's either because the original number was an estimate and they ran infrared last night...or both numbers are swags... scientific wild ass guesses.
No map showing a footprint either.
Not burning towards any residences so absolutely zero priority for Cal Fire or the Forest Service.

So how is everyone? ready for the trip we are a week out... I just got a CEL this morning for P0456 small evap leak but I think I can still make it with it on and I will try and hunt it down this weekend
