Are both your lines getting warm? If both hoses are warm/hot but you're still only getting mediocre then I wonder if your blend doors aren't working correctly.
I'd guess it could be the heater core but if both hoses are warm/hot then the heater core should be warm/hot too.

Yes, both lines were very hot. I think I need to look at the HEVAC diagrams and sort out what would be affected by the blend door that I broke (and fixed). NO air is coming out the four main vents, only out the defrost and floor vents, so something is wrong. :( All because I wanted to fix my air conditioner. As you know, heater is way more important up here..

This is the panel air door that was affected by the lever.

This is the lever underneath it that has an arm that changes its position. I'm probably screwed.

Did the arm or the door break?

The arm/lever. To fix it I put a lot of JB Weld on it, but something must be wrong, or maybe I didn't hook something up in the vacuum system correctly. I think the former though. The problem is that little lever is not available. The only thing that pops up all over the place is something for the early model TJ HVAC system, and it's not the part. Someone could 3D print it.

This what you need?

...RockAuto apparently can't be called. YOu can file for a refund, but you have to return the part. Like I'm going to go in there again for a measly $35. There's got to be a way to get my money back...
I won't use RockAuto again and recommend the same to everyone here. I ordered a set set of spring isolators from them once. Fairly inexpensive. $35 maybe. They sent the wrong part. I went back and checked the order and I HAD ordered the correct part. The parts were part of a larger project that went into a pile until I had everything. It was something like 31 days after I placed the order when I called and ultimately talked to a human. They said "policy" was no return after 30 days (even when it was their mistake, apparently). Period. Goodbye.
Done with them forever.

I've had mixed results with RockAuto when I've ordered parts from them. I've had to send some parts back due to damage during shipping.

And yes I've had other companies do the same thing on returns even though it was only a few days part their return policy.

I've never understood the attraction..I value customer service and RA certainly doesn't have it.

Sometimes it has been the only place I could find the parts I needed. And other times it was due to the price. IMO it's like shopping on Amazon or other online stores.

My starter is intermittent. Usually it starts, but sometimes it’s not engaging the flex plate, so it just whines/whirs. I bench tested it before install. Battery good. I’ve checked the voltage at the starter and it’s getting 12.31 V with the key off and on.

EDIT: removed and cleaned the engagement area in the starter. Will see if any change the next few days.

If not I’m looking at: https://www.discountstarterandalter...ler-4-0l-l6-2003-2006-automatic-transmission/

Brown Dog.

There is definitely a difference in vibrations when I backed the stover nuts off the MM bracket entirely. The head and nut are just barely off the bracket, maybe just touching. I think this should be ok, but I want to ask more knowledgeable folks.

These nuts are threadlocked flexible steel. I think it’s the friction between the nut and bolt that is all that’s necessary to secure everything.

It’s actually very livable with them like this.

I used these mounts. Doesn't feel any different than with the stock mounts.

Jeremy, I have a set of the MORE mounts sitting in my shop, not being used. If you want to pay for the ride, I'll send em out to you. If they work, we can work something out...if they don't just send em back. I swapped them out when I did my auto swap to mopar but I don't notice a difference on mine. Dunno if it has anything to do with my tuck not being a Savvy (or at least, not as high as Savvy) or what. I believe Blaine when he says they make a difference...

lemme know

If that’s the word on the street I trust it and will give it a go. We can work out what you want for them if they work.

As you can imagine, my honey-do list is growing. Laundry room is getting an overhaul: cabinetry, shelving, wall tile, sink, etc..so I will have to sneak install to get the MORE installed in a timely manner..

I bought a longer breather hose for the TCase. I plan to run it alongside the Transmission breather tube and attach it to the dipstick. That will get it out from underneath the Jeep.
