Basket's Build

My wife still hates mine, something about it being hard to get into and always dirty - oh and it costs a lot of money. I don't get it. 🤷‍♂️
It's like we have the same wife...

Wife, "why do you need bigger tires?".

Me, "mumble, mumble, better, mumble."

Her, "it's already too hard for me to get in."

Me, "you don't really ride in the Jeep anyway, so...."

Her, "why do you have to work on it so much? What else is broken?"

Me, "it needs this, that, out the other thing, and if I'm doing it, I might as well do 17 other things while I'm there. Besides I wouldn't want it to break down on you, if you ever take it with your girlfriends."

Me, "maybe I should sell it. The market is hot right now, and I could really build something special."

Her, "NO!"

Staying single is cheaper and easier. There are a few of us who tried it more than twice.

I'll stay single so I don't have to deal with the discussion of where money should be spent.

Or find one that wants your Jeep and is ok with you spending stupid money to build a replacement for yourself.

It seems like it lol. I have a detailed budget so maybe it'll be okay 😂 just gotta find one with any kind of hobby of her own hopefully. Or just get another dog, who knows

Anyone know what direction the currie rear TB is supposed to be mounted on the axle side? Zerk up/down? Figure the other side ends up wherever it ends up for the length you need

its grease zerk down.

FWIW the TB bends up so it has more clearance when you stuff the axle while crawling on gnarly rocks.
Yeah the bends are important! That's why I wanna get it in right. And you made sure it didn't interfere at full stuff before I go ahead and copy you, right?
