As stated earlier in this thread, we are hoping to replace the wifes daily with a bronco. So Ford has finally pieced together enough to send out demos to some of the dealers, and while in Knoxville the wife got to check one out. The demo was out being driven and there were people waiting in front of her to drive it, so no test drive. However, she did get to look at the managers badlands 4 door...Overall she really liked it, she did not care for the front grill at all, it did look odd in the pictures. Her biggest complaint was the lack of room for the back seat occupants, they had better be small people, she said it is noticeably different between this and the wrangler.
Also, if you want a hard top, well that's too bad. This dealer told her there will be no hard tops available "for a good while". He told her when they do become available, the dealer would call and install yours for free. Which pisses me off because now your paying for both tops, want them or not.
And before you ask, yes, they blamed it on COVID.
