Can't start a build thread without a place to build

Quick update o the workshop. We have been trying to get the ground level around the building and prepare for winter. We want to lay some winter rye or wheelat to give the ground some roots for spring time. But we need to get the ground leveled out first. Dave’s using his dads antique skid steer, which I found out is 1 of 25 made of the first skid steers. 1965 mustang. Dave’s having a blast with it.
Then Dave scored some wood beams from work for budding his mezzanine. Next we need to get the trench dug for water and gas lines . This has to Halle. Before it freezes. . And we have a freeze warning tonight .
I got a bunch of the current garage stuff Hauled to the workshop. But now we have to wait because it is already too full. Dave needs to start building to give us more space.

Another update. We are getting closer and closer to getting things closer to finished enough to be able to relax . We have decided to have a local company run gas to the garage and purchased a boiler with on demand hot water option for our sink in the garage. It is going to cost a mint, but I feel better knowing it is done correctly and not another one of our diy projects that could result in blowing up our property. Dave is / has run water to the garage and re routed the downspouts from the house down the hill underground.
We are also contracting with the excavator that did the original work to finish leveling the ground if time permits before the ground freezes. This build has been trying to say the least. But it is coming along and will eventually be a space we will love for many years.
