Manual shifting with my other hand was probably the easiest thing I think. Actually, maybe it was just because shifting with your left and again steering with your right it's actually just better.

It took me 3 days to get used to a RHD when I went to England years ago. I wasn’t brave enough to tackle a manual tranny though.
I was stationed in Okinawa back in the late '80s, and while there I drove a Datsun Fairlady Z. I drove that car for a year, RHD. My first jetlag-free day back in the states, I pulled onto the road in my LHD car ('67 Impala) and nearly killed myself and the postal delivery guy since I was on autopilot on the wrong side of the road. No injuries or damage, and that very first incident cured my complacency behind the wheel. It took about a week for all of my hair to lay back down again.
We had two of those when I was growing up. I was pretty young but my brother turned one into a rally car.

my jeep is a RHD 2006 sport with the "Rural Postal Carrier" package, and I'm in the US (sort of, a lot of people in this country seem to think the New Mexico is another country.) Adapting to the wrong side of the vehicle was very easy. It mostly boils down to how you center yourself in the lane. Driving on the wrong side of the road is much more challenging (ask that diplomats wife...) and those issues come up when you make turns or enter traffic circles because you have to remember more complicated mechanics (is the near lane coming from the left or right?). I drove for several weeks in Ireland ~20 years ago, and no one else in my group would drive because they were too afraid.
They don't get in and out of the Jeep that much. The reason for the RHD rig is so they can pull up to the rural mailbox and open the mailbox door and put the mail inside.

Didn't RHD Jeeps use a different wiring harness. I know rubis have a special wiring harness. That would make a RHD rubi a nightmare to find some parts for, if its even real. Also easy to check if its actaully a rubi by just peeking under the tub.
I up-badgered mine. I did not want to spend the money for a real rubicon. Now I can go where you guys go.
