Nope... no need for another device when my phone does the job just as well if not better (free Avenza ORV maps anyone?), and comes with me (in my pocket) when I leave the Jeep, so it can't be jacked.That's what Garmins are for!
If you're willing to pay the money... Garmins are cheap and don't require a subscription to work.
