My wife's been having a hard time with Kyle Busch's death (We're a NASCAR family but we weren't specifically fans of his. Had so much respect, especially on the IVF front for his family and watching him being humbled as he fell from grace with moving from Gibbs to RCR) and tonight's Cola 600 coverage hasn't help my wife being down with all the memorials/honors to Kyle.
I shared a story of: 'A guy on the Jeep forum went and really f'ed his Jeep recent. So he's been looking to fix that but he also is crazy skilled at wood working and makes these amazing toy boxes for his grand kids. And he posted...'

Hugh ( @reddvltj ) found a set of Solar Yellow half doors - in incredible shape - for sale not too far from him in Idaho (Hugh's Post is above). Note that I would never have found these as FB marketplace does not let you search outside of 500 miles. The seller was not willing to ship, and immediately Rick ( @Wildman ) offered to make the five to six hour drive to pick them up for me. Hugh then also offered to make the trip - he is much closer than Rick, but still a 200 mile, 3-4 hour trip. One way.
Well, after going back and forth with the seller over a few days, and getting more pics and details, this morning I made deal. Hugh has already communicated with the seller and arranged the pickup next week - he even worked around the seller's schedule. Hugh will then pack them up and ship them to me.
This is absolutely incredible. I can't thank you enough, Hugh. And Rick as well for the offer to help. Big commitments of time and energy on both of their parts.
You boys are first class. The community here is beyond awesome, and I am so proud to be part of it.

Jeff, I’m sure there must be some other on-line communities out there with similar people. But I don’t know of them and its definitely not the rule. I feel lucky to be in this group.
I'm glad you got the deal worked out on the doors. And it wasn't a issue for me to drive over to get them. Glad Hugh is closer and able to.
Very nice job, fellers! But, I'm not surprised. I have met the nicest, kindest, caringest (is that a word?) people on this forum. Someday, I hope to shake a few hands, maybe share a meal or beverage with y'all.
