Just like on Mikes, the last pic makes it look like it is split at the seam - is it that way in person? Wondering if that is just the design of these things that makes it appear that way.
I tried to get mine to go back together there, Jeff. It almost seemed like it was designed that way what does yours look like?
No worries, it's very slight but otherwise is tight. I'm happy to send it over - worst case is you don't use it.

Now that the half doors are in process, I did a bit of "straightening" on the rig today.
First up, true-up the tub at the door jamb. Once again, here it is
I braced my hydraulic ram against the cage on the opposite side. This works because the tub is bolted to the back side of the cage.
In conjunction with my big dead blow, not perfect, but pretty close:
Given the damage, I'm pretty happy with how it came out. The door closes and seals perfectly.
I'm also giving thought to how I will address the paint in that area, but I'm in no hurry now that is it straight again. The armor is aluminum, so no worries about rust while I decide what to do.

My rear fenders really do protect the body, but sometimes, well, at the expense of the body...

This is definitely a consequence of how these fenders are mounted (and how much I beat on this thing, I guess), but on balance I absolutely like how these fenders work. They really do provide a lot of protection. I've dragged these things over many a rock over the years, taking the full weight of the rig on may occasions, and this is the first time this has occurred. I've got a few ideas on extending the cage, connecting the B and C pillars, to add some reinforcement in this area. A good project for future me.

Do you think the "rub rails" would have helped protect against this or would they have bent too? I've only lightly scraped mine over the last few years, never leaned on them too hard yet.

Wouldn't his flares stick out more than the rub rails? So unless the rails are making contact with the rocks are they doing anything?
