The unfortunate TJ of the day thread

Well, damnit!!! I hope you're happy now... I must be a little gayer now too because you spelled his damn name wrong and I had to ask AI far too many questions to figure out the reference you were hinting about...

So now Google AI probably thinks I must like that fuker!!!

It's Cris Judd, not Chris Judd. Chris Judd was a Australian Rules Footballer... what ever the heck that means???

He's a dancer. I already like him. And he was married to Jennifer Lopez - that makes me hate him! :D ;)

Good buddy of mine is always buying and selling stuff, not to make money just bored and spends money like its free. Every time he has been F'd hard it has been on facebook marketplace.

Anyone who doesn't have the sense to stay away from all things Zukercuck deserves what they get. Well, maybe they don't "deserve it", but it certainly shows a lack of cognition because they're going to "get it" whether they asked for "it" or not...

Pretty much.

Davis does some really nice, high end, quality builds. If i was in the market for a brand new jeep, I would buy one from them instead of the piece of shit new wranglers from jeep that for a sport "S" ( S = SHIT ) that start out base at $40,000 There was an all original 2005 Rubicon on this site ( link below ) that I was very interested in buying & it sold lightening fast. Original 14,000 miles was asking $32,500 people said I was crazy for even thinking about it & shipping it from California to New York. But look at it this way, the MSRP in 2005 for a base Rubi was $30,000 + + and with a 2.59% inflation rate that's like $51,500 in todays money. So you have the opportunity to buy an almost brand new jeep 20 years later for basically sticker price from 2005, no rust, no issues etc. When you make $30,000 per month who cares, it's only 1 months pay !!! What about older cars / trucks ? I have several old Corvettes sticker was $4500 in the early 60's & now sell for $85 - $100,000 again it's all relative. Don't rule out Davis they always have and build really nice stuff & don't cut corners. You get what you pay for. I also look at ( no names mentioned ) SOME members here that have over $30,000 + invested in their old pieced together Jeeps & they still look like junk box eye sores, that I wouldn't park in my driveway, let alone be seen driving & couldn't sell them for 1/2 of what they have into it. ( but it's a hobby ) So put away the crack pipes, and bashing, once again, it's all relative & to each his own. ( rant over ).................." DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY " :)

People will finance a $100+K pickup that will lose half its value in 5 years when they trade it in for another $100+K pickup.
I payed ( P A I D ) $22.5K for my TJRU 3+ years ago and I’m happy as a clam with it. The fun factor per dollar spent is priceless to me.

AGREE 100%
And if you still have really low miles & it's in great shape you might even get back what you paid for it or very close. But it's ok for the bashers to buy a $10,000 POS rust bucket & put $20,000 or more into it. It still looks like it belongs in a junk yard & can't even sell it for 1/2 of what they put into it, THATS OK ???:unsure::unsure:

Yep, it is ok. First of all it's a hobby, if your expecting a hobby to be even remotely fiscally responsible I got some news for you. Second, my motto is to buy, not build lol. It's much cheaper. Let me tell you, its way cheaper to buy someone else's financial mistake then to make the mistake yourself
