Speaking of--I know one guy who ran only 3 control arms (2 lower, 1 upper) plus a trackbar. Is that common among here? I'll be honest, Ive never seen anyone else do it.
That's a 3 link plus a track bar, similar to mine. I though his was going to a 4 link plus track bar.I think he just hasn’t put on the track bar yet. Are we counting the track bar as a “link” or no?
I've only read about it. Mostly in older builds. Doug's is the first I've seen in person to use the stock upper diff mount as a 3 link.Speaking of--I know one guy who ran only 3 control arms (2 lower, 1 upper) plus a trackbar. It requires a TB. I remember discussion of Dave's being a 4 link front due to safety reasons if a link failed.Mine is going to be the same as yours, a 3-link plus a track bar. Pretty sure that one is getting a track bar, he just hasn’t put it on yet.

Yeah, a 3-link front with no track bar would probably be all over the road I suspect.
....
All over the road and into the ditch. Steering world be non-existent.
I contacted Synergy today and was told, "We do not currently offer a DDB that will fit the TJ front axle housing." I would be great if you could find that tech guy again for contact information, because I would sure like those as a replacement.I called Synergy today for some info and I had a fantastic tech guy on the line...I also found out that they DO offer a bushing for the front upper control arm on the axle end. It is part #4326-01. They are a direct replacement for the Clevite bushing. This is new within the last year...
I have a plan for the 4326-02 I'll find out if viable next week.
The TJ 4326-01 isn't available from Synergy, and I can't locate it in retailer inventory. So far no answer as to whether that version will be produced again. My idea for the 4326-02 as an alternative isn't going to work.
Yes...Did you ask anyone at Synergy about future availability?
