Hey guys,

Thank you for reading my post. I've spent several years working at an ECM company and quickly became aware of the PCM issues with the 05-06 Jeep Wrangler. In order to solve the issue, our company purchased an 05 and reversed-engineered a working, plug-and-drive PCM. I am enclosing a YouTube link that thoroughly walks through the issues and solution! (I just provided the PCM, Glen at @Ozzstar on YouTube did the hard work!)

I hope this helps some of you that have the issue.

best regards,

Mark

Excellent... excellent... excellent...

I can't quite come up with what those guys are called that just just randomly post crap for sale but this sure doesn't seem like that.
I misunderstood what you posted and I humbly apologize.

Thanks,

Mark

You beat me to replying to your mistake by just a couple minutes, so I will update your first post to me and accept the apology.

I even deleted a couple of things that I included in my reply to you but I'm still posting most of it:

The first thing I did was go to Google to get the definition of the word I used three times in a row regarding your product. The second definition was what I was saying.

ex-cel-lent
/ˈeks(ə)lənt/

adjective -
extremely good; outstanding.
"their results are excellent"

exclamation -
used to indicate approval or pleasure.
"“What a lovely idea! Excellent!”"

As for my memory or vocabulary regarding any word, which comes and goes from time to time, I am doing much better today than I was while spending the first 2 of the last 2.75 years recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury. I'm not looking for any help on that and certainly not bragging, just stating why I come and go from time to time.

Touche! Thank you for accepting my apology. In the event that you ever have this issue, please contact me and I'll take care of you.

Best regards,

Mark

I am working on the site issue with godaddy. The email and toll-free number are working if you should have any questions.

Still not a working website, not looking good...
You’re absolutely right. The person I hired to build it has been “delayed.” I humbly apologize and it should be live this week. 😖(I know nothing about about website work but I know it isn’t as easy as it appears! ✅)

My toll free number works 866-888-7710. $499+shipping 1 year warranty.

Here’s a YouTube link of what we did.

Great to see someone working on this. I understand the TCM module was baked into the PCM for the 2005-2006 automatics. I often hear about this particular problem since it comes up quite a bit. What about the 2005-2006 manual TJ's with the 6-speed? I don't hear about problems on the manuals since they don't have this potential issue, but are there other known issues in general that often causes the TJ PCM's to fail? My 05 is going strong, no codes. Just wondering what is in store over the next few years or so.

The problem is 99% 4.0l automatic. The (1) time I didn’t ask automatic/manual is when he had a manual! It does happen but very uncommon on the manuals. Some of the later 04’s were also affected.
