just curious, what made the YJ less American? It would have been fully developed before the Chrysler acquisition.

I agree, that's why they call them BroncoReal jeeps don't have a padded dash.

I will still love the TJs.
I just don't like the JLs that's all.
Thanks for that article, @bobthetj03. I'd never seen that one, before. Very informative, to say the least. I always enjoy learning more about successful failures...I shouldn't............Yeah, I'll poke the bear one more time. @Squatch condescending? Really? One of the nicest online dudes on this forum brah. Have a bowl of raisin Bran and relax a little.

AgreedTrying to talk the wife into trading our JK two door in for a two door Bronco. I bought an '04 TJR earlier this year. Still have my JK too, but I think I could dig that Bronco more. TJ is different, that raw, utilitarian feel you can't get with any new vehicle. The JK as nice as it is, power, ride. Is just a vehicle to me. I'm not loyal to any make, but I think Jeep is getting it's ass kicked by that Bronco, at least on paper. It looks WAY better then a JK, can get 35"s, lockers, armor. Jeep needs to get it's shi# together.
