At least inch fasteners are fairly consistent with shank size to head sizes. Just worked on a rig with the 10mm bolts that held on the rear bump stop cups were 16mm on one side and 17mm on the other. I also see one front caliper held on with 8mm bolts with 13mm head on one side, 12mm head on the other. Similar with 12mm, some have 18mm heads, some have 19mm.This touches on one of my pet peeves... Forgot Whitworth. The wrench for a 1/2" shank size is called a 1/2" wrench and it fits a 3/4" hex. They size the wrenches by shank diameter. I think they wear out either way, isn't that what heim joints are supposed to do?Since we are talking about the A/R do these helm joints ever need to be lubed ?

He told me nothing has changed with the heim joints at all, and they are still the exact same ones that were included with the Currie Antirock (before it was rebranded and updated).
He told me the only logical explanation is that the die that is used to make these holes in the axle housing likely wore out over all those years and that's why my holes are not big enough.
Anyways, I fixed it by drilling them out, so all is well now.
I'm making a big deal over nothing, but this wasn't about not wanting to drill, I was rally just curious if something changed over the year on the TJ axle housings, or if something changed with the new RockJock Antirock design.

They don't use different sizes, all my past Currie Antirock have fit just fine.
I think my TJ is an oddball.
