That's good to know. I'm kind of living in the past when it comes to current paints. I used to shoot acrylic enamel (DuPont Centari) years ago. I'm just getting back into it and want to keep things as simple as I can. My trailer turned out well, I think
, and next up is my LJ.
Might as well put the tail gate to good use.

Got the mount welded up. I'll remove it from the gate and paint it separately.
I also removed the stanchions from the corners. I didn't like the way they looked anyway. I forgot I welded one end of them to the tub, so it took some persuasion with a grinder and BFH.
Cleaned, sanded, and ready for a final coat of epoxy primer, then color.
Today was primer sealer day, but it didn't go quite as planned. The Raptor epoxy primer clogged up less than half way thru. I tried to clear it with solvent and compressed air to no avail. Not impressed. Hope the actual Raptor liner works better. So, I had to scramble as nobody had any in stock up here. I ended up putting some Duplicolor primer sealer on instead.
Assuming you got the 2 part mixture with the gun that attaches to an air compressor, you shouldn't have an issue.
Already in the works, but timing won't work, so I went with plan B.
It's the weird 2k in a can thing. I experimented and lost. Hoping the bedliner works better.
It ain't no beauty queen, but it's white, and matches the Jeep.
