Picking up where I left off

Did you finish up the instructions for the PSC install? I'm contemplating installing it myself but I'm curious what is all required to install it

It's easy to install, it's just a little time consuming and there is a lot of attention to detail type stuff.

The instructions are not finished. I'm going to start putting them together this week with all the photos and notes I took, then have Blaine proof-read and edit them.

Just ordered a RubiCrawler for the build. I figure if a 42RLE is going in, may as well get the RubiCrawler. They sure have gone up in price though.

Honestly, so far I haven't really found a need for anything other than the 4:1 crawl ratio in the 241OR transfer case, but I figure it's better to have and not need than to need and not have. There may potentially be some situations where the RubiCrawler will come in handy.

I’m sure I can help you find an obstacle or two to use that 10.88

Ive never owned a rubicrawler but i know a few guys with 231's with them and they enjoy both ratios. Not sure how useful it would be with a 241 but I am also far from an expert.

I had a RubiCrawler on my last 42RLE TJ Rubicon so I know what to expect. The issue is I didn't get to enjoy that one for long enough before I sold it to @toximus and @Mrs Tox.

You took that one rock crawling?

Nope, I took it ghost riding though

Put it in drive, 10:88 low crawl, and got out of the vehicle. It just chugged along at about 1 MPH while I walked next to it.

Ive been extremely happy with 4:1 and the 32rh. I could see the benefit of the rubicrawler with 4:1 with a big tire.

We'll find out. With all the wheeling around here I am certain I can find somewhere to put the 10:88 to use.

At least they aren't backlogged like the Atlas is.

I'm not following you on any trails.
