Finding the info for which needle goes with the matching nozzle is a pain so far. Lots of part numbers, very little translation of what size the part number represents.

Did you finish up the instructions for the PSC install? I'm contemplating installing it myself but I'm curious what is all required to install it
It's easy to install, it's just a little time consuming and there is a lot of attention to detail type stuff.
The instructions are not finished. I'm going to start putting them together this week with all the photos and notes I took, then have Blaine proof-read and edit them.

Why even bother with the instructions. I thought about this last night, "Blaine is going to take one look at it, tell me I fucked up, and that he has to redo it.".
Which means I'll probably fuck-up the instructions too.
Just ordered a RubiCrawler for the build. I figure if a 42RLE is going in, may as well get the RubiCrawler. They sure have gone up in price though.
Honestly, so far I haven't really found a need for anything other than the 4:1 crawl ratio in the 241OR transfer case, but I figure it's better to have and not need than to need and not have. There may potentially be some situations where the RubiCrawler will come in handy.

Ive never owned a rubicrawler but i know a few guys with 231's with them and they enjoy both ratios. Not sure how useful it would be with a 241 but I am also far from an expert.
Ive been extremely happy with 4:1 and the 32rh. I could see the benefit of the rubicrawler with 4:1 with a big tire.Nope, I took it ghost riding though
Put it in drive, 10:88 low crawl, and got out of the vehicle. It just chugged along at about 1 MPH while I walked next to it.
I'm not following you on any trails.
