No experience with it. I installed this on a buddies TJ and I'll be putting this on mine as well.

Seems to be the go to for anyone considering a TT, if a TT is not in your future then Advanced Adapters makes a solid unit.

Word of warning, if you go with a Super short SYE and have a gear driven speedo then you will need something like a healtech to have an accurate speedo:

I want to say this is the one @Kevin E has on his. If it's not the exact same one, I know he has a super short one.

What’s the difference between the standard sye and a super shorty sye?
I know one is shorter but what’s the advantage or disadvantage of the two types?

Having as long of a rear driveshaft as possible is always a good thing. Especially if you are going to tackle mods like a tummy tuck and build in long travel rear shocks. A few of the "advanced" mods are limited by how much angle the drive shaft allows before binding.

You would be fine without it but you will still benefit with a supershort or megashort sye. The only downside of a supershort or megashort sye will be the speedo calibration as they do not use the speedo gears. you will need an electric speed calibration to fix it.

I have a 06 TJ. I believe my speedo is electronic?
