Yeah agree. I will be cycling the suspension to see if anything is binding. If I was smart I'd have checked if the axle was centered before taking off the tires, whoops.If you bought them in June and it has popped out twice, there is an issue that you need to find before just installing a new snap ring. I should have a set of Currie Front Upper Control Arms laying behind the shed somewhere I can send you if that UCA JJ keeps giving you problems. They are not the double adjustable arms, just the original single adjustable links.
I do not know if the second time is due to me reusing a warped snap ring or not? Not sure that would cause it to pop out easier. #2 might be an invalid data point.
And thank you... If I can't figure out this in a reasonable amount of time I'll gladly buy them off you. Setting the lock nuts on double adjustable is it's own pain in the butt anyways hahaha.
Maybe I'm just being optimistic or short sighted but it seems like it's gotta be the joint itself not something else since my OEM arms weren't completely demolished when I removed them. Just normal old rubber bushing looking.
