i think it's just a moisture trap no matter where you live.
the way they pushed the dimple seems like it kinda bulges the channel oddly and created small bowled areas around them allowing water to puddle there.

You’re having a rough year. Can’t get out, then get out and mess stuff up. Then there’s the pile of other stuff to fix. I can identify. Hang in there!

Thanks! It happens. I knew going into this year that it would be tough to get out. Sometimes there are more important things to do. The good news--all of it is fixable with a little time and money
The driveshaft is good enough to use on the trail. So I'll be able to get out for a couple more runs!

450. Never used offroad. No lowballs.. I know what I got.
I guess better to bend than destroy the knuckles with the savvy aluminum bar as blaine warns. But if one person was to test out the savvy bar @tworley is the guy.
