I would agree. Some obstacles, some locations (heights) and Pritchett should be considered accurate.
I didn't personally try a repeater due to most of the group were in line of sight but @Dino - KX6D might have tried since he was the comms guy.
I’ve done most of those trails alone. Take plenty of water and I’d recommend an Inreach mini incase something bad happens. Try to join someone else if you can.
Not sure when you're planning on heading out there but if it's any time this summer you might want to check for closures due to fires.

That took them awhile. I got mine a couple of weeks after we got back. I guess it is hit or miss with them.
I think it depends on inventory levels. I received Pritchett and Metal Masher quickly. I've had others waiting in my mailbox by the time I returned from a trip too.
I forgot to check into the trails and I didn't realize it until the last day of the trip. Too bad.
Magnet backing and a metal plate in my garage is my intention.
I thinking pop riveting them on the kick panel under the steering wheel would be pretty cool though.
