Picked up all the loose pieces from paint this morning, really happy with the final color choice "Sarge Green" from the current JL line. Tub and hood mid week next week.

Picked up the tub and hood from paint Friday and after a quick stop for the windshield it's finally back in the shop for re-assembly. My shop looks like a jigsaw puzzle exploded.... Complete paint invoice was 4K... they did final sand including fixing one flat spot on the hood we missed, final epoxy prime and single stage finish on every individual body part inside and out including battery and abs trays, core support rods ect. He's also reserved paint and will repair assembly scratches we will most likely cause he said with a smile..

Here's a pic of the original hinges that were de-pinned, media blasted and bushed with bronze sleeve bearings, operation is smooth and easy.

Making decent progress and coming together fairly well, found out today the tailgate strike bracket is a 97 only deal and managed to get one shipping for $20.
