Just dropper her off for paint this morning, getting closer.
Picked up the tub and hood from paint Friday and after a quick stop for the windshield it's finally back in the shop for re-assembly. My shop looks like a jigsaw puzzle exploded.... Complete paint invoice was 4K... they did final sand including fixing one flat spot on the hood we missed, final epoxy prime and single stage finish on every individual body part inside and out including battery and abs trays, core support rods ect. He's also reserved paint and will repair assembly scratches we will most likely cause he said with a smile..

do you have a link to the bushings you used? Here's a pic of the original hinges that were de-pinned, media blasted and bushed with bronze sleeve bearings, operation is smooth and easy.

#1 Son just nailed this unmolested 99 Sport 5 spd. with Air, Cruise, Tilt and all the convenience crap. Paid 6K, runs nice and needs TLC but the frame is clean.

Beauty. Very nice score. They are stupid expensive up here.

I just started tackling my frame internals. I have it cleared out now and just waiting for a free day to spray and coat. What a messy job.
